My process can be as autonomous or collaborative as the client wants it to be.
I offer discounted rates for retainer contracts and commitments longer than 10 days over a period of time.
My workdays are 8 hours, half-days are 4 hours. Half-days in two different days are not billed as one day.
My minimum billing is half-day, except for consultation calls.
A rush-fee of +35% will be charged for work on German holidays or weekends.
A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for jobs cancelled less that 7 days in advance.
If feedback is late, the schedule or budget will have to be reworked.
The client is responsible to store the files delivered, as I will not keep them.
Payment plans are possible for smaller businesses.
Payments are due within 14 days of the agreed project handover.
I often call upon my creative network to bring projects to the next level. I will let you know before subcontracting.
I can work with open source tools, typefaces and imagery but recommend my clients to pay for premium tools.
My fees and terms are revised yearly.
